Description
Celebrate a classic of British culinary history with Stokes Coronation Sauce, curated to meet the premium standards of Eric Lyons. This indulgent condiment expertly marries a velvety, free-range egg mayonnaise with the natural sweetness of ripe apricots and sun-dried sultanas. Our master butchers highly recommend pairing its aromatic, mild curry spice blend with our locally sourced, cooked British chicken breast. It can also be folded equally with crème fraîche to create a sophisticated, vibrant dip for weekend gatherings or family buffets. Hand-crafted in Suffolk with unrefined raw cane sugar, it brings an elegant touch of nostalgia and artisan luxury to your dining table.
